A new club? What's up with that? Mountain States was born out of a need and a wish. A wish for more riding areas and more contests in the northern part of Colorado. We wanted to create a club that was focused on having fun, on family, and on having sections that were challenging and tricky without being dangerous. Our goal at every event is to send people home happy and smiling. We are grateful in this first year that we are partnering with the Wyoming Trials Association, joining them for several of their events this season. We are also working to develop brand new riding areas in the northern Colorado area. That is why when you look at our schedule, you see the MSTA dates are TBD (to be determined). We have places to hold the events, but wanted to make sure they were finalized and set to go before we announced them. Also, while we hope the dates will not change, we will notify people as soon as we can of any updates. If anyone is interested in being a possible Trialsmaster next year for the MSTA dates, please contact us and let us know. All Trialsmasters will receive 19 points toward their year end total. Like any brand new venture, this first year is going to have it's share of issues as we work the bugs out. However, the officers of the club have been meeting every two weeks working out rules and regulations. We will soon have a rulebook posted to the site and every member will receive a copy when they register with the club. We are finalizing the membership form and hope to have that available on the website soon. All memberships will be a joint membership with Wyoming Trials. If anyone is interested in being on our email list, please email us at [email protected]. If you have any suggestions for the club, or wish to get more involved, please let us know. Hope to see you all out there next year! Trials up!
