2022 Membership Forms! Fill them out before the event to save time!
Checks can be made out to Mountain States Trials Association.
Print and fill out the PDF (please print legibly) and mail the form plus any additional waiver forms with your check to:

A MSTA membership is $45 for individual and $55 for family. A family membership includes a spouse/partner and any children under 18 who are still living in the house. All members of a family membership must sign a waiver (see waiver on membership form or additional waiver form) in order to be eligible to ride.
You can join the club at anytime during the year, but membership rates will not be pro-rated and you will not accumulate any year end points until you join.
